Tennis Courts

My wife came up with the brilliant idea of taking Michael across the street, to the clubhouse tennis courts.

It’s a great idea.  The surface is not as hard as the road (clay instead of asphalt or cement).  We also don't have to worry about cars, nor do we have to worry about him "getting away" (there's only one entrance / exit to the courts, they are fenced in, and he doesn't know how to open the door).

Michael had a great time running around the tennis courts.  We pretty much let him have free rein inside, whereas we could not do that when we are walking him around the neighborhood.  Walking him around the neighborhood means always having to watch out for cars.

We took him once in the morning and once in the evening, when the sun was setting.  By the time he was done running around, he was completely exhausted.  I think he will sleep well tonight.
