Michael's trip to the Doctor, evening conversation
So, as Michael was leaving the doctor's office, they gave him lollipops and stickers and a toy car on the way out at the front desk.
Michael got home and I talked with him and said "see, that wasn't so bad, right? And you got candy and everything."
He seemed a lot happier. He came home with a green lollipop (green apple, I think), and an orange lollipop (butterscotch).
My wife told me that later on that evening, Michael had a conversation with her in Cantonese. It translated to the following:
I will have to give it to him, he is very intelligent and solution-oriented. I was wondering how he would reconcile his desire to have more lollipops with his fear of going to the doctor.
It seemed he had devised a nifty plan of sending Mommy to the doctor to go fetch him more lollipops.

Michael: "Mommy, go back to doctor. Next time get green candy, don't get orange candy. I like green, I don't like orange."
Mommy: " ... "
Michael: "Mommy, go by yourself and bring back."
Mommy: "The doctor does not give candy to parents! If you want candy you will have to get from the doctor yourself next time!"
