Diplomat
Michael's quite the diplomat. We went to the Children's Museum with little sister today. They had a bag of minature bread sticks to share. I don't know how to describe those snacks any different way ... they're about the length of a straw, and look like a mini bread stick.
Michael, being older, got ahold of the bag first while we were getting the 2 of them situated in their car seats. I told him "you have to share with Zoey." He was very reluctant, and complained, "Zoey's going to eat it all." I insisted that he share, so he took one, broke off the smallest of pieces and handed it to Zoey. While she was trying to figure out what to do with such a small piece, he proceeded to wolf down the remainder of the mini bread sticks. The whole bag, all by himself.
Zoey began get upset. I heard Michael tell her in a very sympathetic tone, "Zoey, I am sorry, WE ate all of it. See? There's no more." I was amazed, and couldn't help laugh a bit to myself in dismay at the fact that he gave her a tiny piece and said that "we ate it."
Needless to say, she cried the entire drive home.
