Morning walks

Michael and I have been going for morning walks.

I've encouraged him to be active in the mornings ... get up with the sun and walk.  He's also taking Omega 3 vitamin supplements.

These are 3 important mood boosters:

  • Omega 3
  • Light therapy
  • Exercise
I'm trying to teach him healthy habits at a young age.  

He seems to enjoy our walks.  It's really impressive, a few days ago, he walked 3.3 kilometers (it happened to be a cool, overcast morning). 

We talk about all sorts of things on our walks.

During one of the walks, he tossed a seashell into a pond in the forest, and a baby deer (fawn) ran out.  It was an amazing moment.
